I have used Linkvana to build backlinks and I would call it a great success.

They provide on way links with anchor text. They post to their own blogs (which they keep private, so Google won't nail them) some of their blogs have pretty good page rankings.

Some of my keywords have spiked big time, to the number #1 position.
(to give you an example enter in google search the following:

florida estate settlement attorney

I hold the #1, #2 and #3 google positions. (them are some pretty good horses).

I have about 125 links with them... (and no, I don't work for them)

I am suprised that more of you folks haven't used them.

Because sooner or later they will get nailed and you can wave goodbye to your investment. This is the point at which you will either give up or start asking the questions that need to be asked.

My wesbsite has more pages of useful content than any of my competitors. If all SEO strategies went away it would be fine with me, I would still be top dog.

I thought threads were supposed to give new ideas....? That is what I was doing...

If I get "nailed" 3 years from now it would have been a excellent investment. After I have brought in a couple hundreds of g's.

Your website is more in the Googles cross hairs than mine... maybe you could practice what your preach.

You asked a question which I couldn't resist answering and its a silly person who struts around nailing his url to every tree whilst confiding in anyone who cares to listen, that he has just bought his way into Googles good books. Thats just plain stupid.

Would you care to explain whats wrong with the site in my signature? I haven't looked at it for a month or so. Who knows I might have missed something?

I assume you rank for the appropriate key words and can pass quality traffic. This is not the norm by any stretch of the imagination. It takes years to secure a competitive niche, to be accepted and to start running the dream machine you are talking about. The rest of us have to make do with offering back links and reviews and this comes down to ones ability to spot the site which should not get air time.
