You can also do this:
1.If you have a phpLD3x you can create a sitemap
2. submit those deep pages in a directory that accepts deep categories. Ex:
http://www.mydirectory/internet/ Bidding directories are a good example to submit them to, they will most likely accept deep categories or deep pages.
3. Make a blog and from time to time post a link to those pages, write an article about them.
Some supplemental pages are basically pages that either no longer exist or it is considered as duplicate.. Supplemental pages comes and go and they should always be monitored. If you have a lot of them, simply point a link to it and the SE will crawl them and usually will re-indexed them again.
I had battled with supplemental pages for months, then I think I got it all figured it out, the results are always beneficial. I get them out in no time with the basic 3 steps provided above and the tips from other members posted on this threads will surely pull those supplemental pages out of it and re-indexed them in no time.
