Is the Sterling actually rising or is it merely because the US dollar is falling?

Brings me to the question I was wondering about: how come most directories and other sites for that matter, put prices in US$?
Whether you are in Armenia or Zambia, we all must be affected by it (except the United Staters of course)

Maybe it is time to invent the I$ (Internet dollar, as opposed to the US$), or is that what a Paypal dollar is in effect?

(What do you call a citizen of the USA: You can't really call them Americans because Canadians, Argentinians and Mexicans are Americans too)
