I just think they better say ANYTIME CREDIT BACK GUARANTEE than ANYTIME MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on their homepage.
link to their policies is on the very very bottom of the homepage, a small one link there and not easy to be noticed .
Anyway, I contacted my credit card provider couple days ago and hope they can help.
If not, I probably try your suggestion to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I just think if it could happen with me it could be happening to somebody else and I just don't think this is a fair business.
